Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants. Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior UX Designer(he/she) for our client from the biotechnology industry. Offered salary Salary: from 760 to 820 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences. You’re ideal for this role if you: • Have at least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer • Have strong experience designing data-driven products, especially dashboards, analytics platforms, and KPI-based interfaces • Are highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working with design systems • Have fluent English communication skills (C1/C2), allowing you to work effectively in an international environment • Are interested in AI-powered products and can effectively work with AI tools or learn them quickly • Have experience delivering MVPs and working in an iterative product development approach • Understand collaboration with development teams, including tools and processes such as Git, GitLab, and ticketing systems • Enjoy experimenting with new technologies and shaping modern product experiences Nice to have: • Experience with UX writing and creating microcopy • Experience designing conversational interfaces, such as chatbots or AI assistants • Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs such as Claude or similar solutions • Knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling principles • Experience with process automation and design-to-code workflows Your day-to-day responsibilities include: • Designing user experiences for data-driven products, including dashboards, analytics, and KPI-focused solutions • Creating and improving AI-powered interfaces, combining chat and traditional UI experiences • Collaborating with AI tools to generate ideas, prototypes, and solutions • Working daily with tools such as Figma, GitLab, and AI-powered platforms • Supporting and improving development processes through automation and design-to-code integrations • Defining the best ways to present information, including data visualizations and conversational experiences • Creating and optimizing UX content, including UX writing and microcopy • Participating in experimental AI-related initiatives and helping shape modern product delivery processes Recruitment process Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.
