Mentoring or scaling research practices within teams O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead user research across complex digital products in a consulting environment. This role owns the full research lifecycle—from defining research strategy and selecting methods to delivering actionable insights that directly influence product and design decisions. Working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure user needs are embedded into decision-making at every stage of product development. Shaping product strategy, usability, and long-term user experience quality by reasearch outcomes, particularly within large-scale and regulated digital products. Mentor and support junior researchers and contribute to the development of research practices and standards across the organisation.
