Opis stanowiska
O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions for the banking sector.
Wymagania:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design- Advanced knowledge of Figma- Strong background in user research and usability testing- Experience designing Design Systems- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)- Experience working with digital products and platforms- Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholdersNice to Have- Banking or financial services experience- Mobile UX (iOS/Android)- Omnichannel design experience- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge- Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
Codzienne zadania:
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Design user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Develop and maintain Design Systems
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams
- Translate business requirements into user-centered digital solutions
- Support continuous improvement of web and mobile customer experiences
