Senior UX/UI Designer Location: Remote (Poland) Start Date: March 2025 Contract Length: 12 months Industry: Banking / Financial Services Working Hours: Most likely aligned with US time zone (core hours between 11:00–21:00 CET) Project Language: English Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Customer competency and support the design of complex digital products within the banking domain. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences, creating visually compelling interfaces, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into intuitive digital solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end UX/UI solutions using Figma • Create high-quality user interfaces and interactive prototypes • Deliver clear and effective data visualisation solutions • Collaborate with product, development, and business stakeholders • Contribute to the design of scalable and user-centered digital products • Maintain high visual and usability standards across delivered solutions Must-Have Requirements • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design • Strong visual portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects and design process • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Proven experience working on multiple complex digital products • Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Requirements • Experience in the financial services or banking industry • Strong background in data visualisation design • Knowledge and hands-on experience with design systems What We Offer • Fully remote work model (within Poland) • Long-term international project • Opportunity to work on high-impact digital banking products • Collaboration with global teams in an English-speaking environment
