Senior Visual/Interaction Design Specialist

Main Responsibilities • Design and deliver a framework directly mapped to the existing Digital Product Development Lifecycle. • Articulate relevant AI opportunities, skills evolution, and decision points for each lifecycle phase. • Leverage internal insights and draw on external best practices to adapt solutions. • Create a high-impact visual overview that reflects both internal priorities and industry thinking. • Design modular templates for detailed exploration of AI use cases across lifecycle phases. • Ensure the solution is a living artifact, easy to edit and evolve over time. Key Requirements • Proven experience as a Senior Visual Communication Designer or Interaction Designer. • Experience in designing complex frameworks or decision-support tools. • Strong visual storytelling and systems thinking abilities. • Practical experience applying AI to enhance design processes. • Ability to synthesize complex information into accessible tools. • Experience working with ambiguity and evolving strategies. • Strong iterative design approach with a focus on adaptability. Nice to Have • Familiarity with the Digital Product Development Lifecycle. • Background in Agile methodologies. • Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma. • Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications and trends.
