As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for: • Designing and iterating on landing pages and homepages across our products (Tidio, Lyro, Hubi), with a focus on conversion and business impact. • Expanding and maintaining the design system so it stays consistent across brands and products • Creating and iterating graphics for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns - including high-impact animations and standout UGC-style content. • Collaborating across teams - you'll work closely with the Marketing Technology team and multiple stakeholders, depending on the project. You are the perfect candidate if you have: • At least 4 years of experience in web design, ideally for SaaS or digital products. • A strong portfolio of landing pages and marketing-focused work - we'll want to see how you think, not just what you ship. • Proven ability to make and defend design decisions based on data - you know how to check analytics, understand conversion, and iterate accordingly. • Background in web agencies - you know how to handle multiple clients, shifting briefs, and tight deadlines. • Solid experience with Figma, including working with or building design systems. • Hands-on experience using AI tools to create ad creatives (including images, motion and UGC-style content). • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities - you'll be working across several products and teams simultaneously. • English at B2 level or above.
