We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Design and User Experience team with a strong focus on cybersecurity. In this role, you will ensure smooth project execution, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery for our global network of employees. Zakres obowiązków: Kick-start projects effectively: Define scope, build and maintain schedules, timelines, and calendars to keep everything on track. Coordinate across teams: Identify key stakeholders, ensure collaboration, and align everyone toward customer-focused goals. Champion communication: Provide regular updates, clarify expectations, and resolve any confusion to keep projects moving forward. Manage documentation: Organize, update, and store project-related paperwork for easy access. Monitor progress: Track project status, identify risks early, and work with the team to resolve issues before they escalate. Collaborate and support: Work closely with team members, share ideas, and contribute to delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
