UX Designer

About the role
We’re partnering with Metso to find a UX Designer for their Data & AI Platform team. You’ll turn complex needs into simple, user-friendly solutions, working closely with developers, product teams and business stakeholders, ideal if you enjoy hands-on design and want to see your work become real digital products.

What you’ll do
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and interaction designs
• Design intuitive, engaging and accessible user experiences
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing and design validation
• Turn user feedback into practical design improvements
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and built with high quality
• Contribute to the design system and keep experiences consistent across Data & AI products
• Apply user-centered design and accessibility principles throughout the process

What we’re looking for
• Experience in UX/UI, product design, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
• Good understanding of user-centered design and accessibility
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, hands-on approach and ownership of your work
