Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX or Product Design
Strong experience in research, flows, prototyping, usability testing
Experience with data-heavy or analytics products (preferred)
Understanding of KPIs and data-driven product development
Experience or strong interest in AI-driven products
Very good English (B2+/C1)

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who can support us in designing user-centered solutions for web applications and analytics platforms, focusing on complex, data-heavy products, and driving the end-to-end UX process.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design user-centered UX solutions for web applications and analytics platforms, focusing on complex, data-heavy products
Drive the end-to-end UX process: user research, problem definition, concept creation, user flows, prototyping, and usability testing
Define and optimize user journeys, interaction logic, and information architecture
Translate business and product requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers
Continuously improve user experience based on data, feedback, and experimentation
