UX Designer – Digital Employee Experience

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)  Availability: ASAP / within 1 month  Job Description We are looking for an experienced UX Designer specializing in Digital Employee Experience to design intuitive, modern intranet and employee communication experiences based on Microsoft SharePoint Online and Viva. The role focuses on translating user and business insights into clear concepts, navigation models, and user flows, supporting strategy definition and Phase 1 Proof of Concept delivery. Responsibilities • Lead UX discovery and concept development for intranet and employee-facing platforms • Design navigation structures, information architecture, and user journeys for enterprise audiences • Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and visual concepts aligned with Microsoft SharePoint and Viva UX patterns • Collaborate with solution architects to validate design feasibility across Viva Connections, Engage, Amplify, Teams, and Copilot • Design role-based landing pages, dashboards, and curated content hubs • Shape personalization approaches including audience targeting, metadata strategy, and content structures • Support usability testing and translate feedback into iterative design improvements • Work closely with strategists, technical leads, and content owners to align design intent with platform capabilities and business goals Requirements • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design • Proven hands-on experience designing enterprise portals, intranets, or internal communication platforms • Strong expertise in information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and synthesizing UX research insights • Practical experience designing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online and Viva tools • Experience with employee journey mapping and accessibility-first design principles • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and content teams to deliver designs into production Nice to Have • Experience with SharePoint design frameworks, component libraries, and Viva UX patterns • Knowledge of Adaptive Cards, Microsoft Teams UI, or Copilot-enabled workflows • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools • Experience working in Agile or multi-stream delivery environments Offer • Multisport card • B2B contract via Experis • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
