UX Designer (Partner Experience - Product Catalog)

Nasze wymagania: Have a proven track record of translating complex business logic into user-friendly interfaces. Are comfortable working with data-driven KPIs and technical constraints. Are a strong communicator who can navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and advocate for the Partner experience. Can search for efficient solutions to meet users' requirements. Know English at B2 level or higher. Know Polish at minimum C1 level. O projekcie: In the Partner Experience domain, you will focus on the end-to-end experience of our Partners - including Merchants and Brands. Your mission is to shape how they interact with the Product Catalog and optimize their listing tools, which are critical to their success on our platform. We aren't looking for someone who just "draws screens", we need a designer who understands the complexity of the Partner journey and can revolutionize the way they manage their offers. Zakres obowiązków: Shaping the journey: Designing core Product Catalog-related processes and seamless listing channels for our Partners. End-to-end design: Translating user needs and business goals into clear, practical solutions, delivering everything from high-level concepts to production-ready assets. Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Tech, and Research to validate ideas and iterate quickly in an agile environment. Stakeholder management: Uniting and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders across the organization.
