UX Designer / UX Specialist

We are looking for a UX Designer / UX Specialist with experience in the aviation industry, who will be responsible for designing intuitive and advanced user interfaces. The person in this role will work on systems that require high precision, clarity, and compliance with the specific requirements of the aviation environment. • Designing user interfaces (web/mobile) according to UX/UI principles • Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma • Working with components and design systems based on Material UI • Collaborating with the development team to implement projects • Analyzing user needs and optimizing user experiences • Designing solutions for highly complex systems (e.g., dashboards, operational systems) • Ensuring visual consistency and usability of products • Experience as a UX Designer / UX Specialist  • Experience in the aviation industry – mandatory • Strong knowledge of Figma • Experience working with Material UI or similar component libraries • Understanding of UX, UI, and usability principles • Experience working with design systems • Ability to work in highly complex project environments • Good communication and teamwork skills Additional Advantages • Knowledge of operating systems and processes in aviation • Experience designing critical or real-time systems • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) Must possess a legal work permit in Poland!
