UX Researcher (B2B Contractor) Education & Healthcare Portfolio Collaboration with UK, Ireland & US Teams We’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher (B2B Contractor) based in Poland to support a large, global education and healthcare product portfolio on an initial 6 month contract. Our products serve medical, nursing, and higher-education markets and are used by students, faculty, administrators, and librarians across the U.S. and internationally. This is a fully remote role working closely with UK, Ireland, and U.S.-based teams. You’ll join an established UX Research team and collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers across multiple product lines. We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand complex domains, operate independently, and confidently run full end-to-end research cycles. What You’ll Do • Own and deliver UX research across: Discovery (30%) • Concept testing (40%) • Usability testing (30%) • Plan, design, and execute studies using appropriate qualitative and evaluative methods • Lead research end-to-end: planning, recruitment coordination, fieldwork, synthesis, and insight delivery • Collaborate closely with PMs and UX designers embedded in U.S.-based product teams • Communicate findings clearly through compelling storytelling, structured presentations, and actionable research artifacts • Bring stakeholders along in the research process to ensure alignment and impact • Work independently after onboarding while remaining connected to an 8-person global research team • Help inform product strategy across a diverse, multi-product portfolio What We’re Looking For • Strong professional experience in UX Research (this is not a mixed design/research role) • Proven experience working on SaaS products • Ability to independently run full end-to-end research cycles • Strong understanding of research methods and study design • Fluent English (written and spoken) – you will work daily with UK and U.S. stakeholders • Experience influencing product decisions through research insights • A proactive, self-directed working style • Comfortable collaborating across time zones (UK/Ireland/US) Nice to Have • Experience working with international product teams • Experience in education, healthcare, or complex B2B environments
