UX/UI Content Designer

Nasze wymagania:
Min. 3 years in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
Additional qualifications in digital design and customer experience would be considered an advantage.
Ability to design engaging digital experiences focused on customer inspiration and content presentation
Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, composition and responsive design principles.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and related design tools).
Ability to translate commercial objectives into visually engaging digital experiences that support customer engagement and product discovery.
Strong understanding of digital content presentation across web and mobile platforms.
Creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking.
Ability to interpret customer engagement data and continuously improve content presentation based on performance insights.
Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Marketing, Content and Buying Teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high visual quality and brand consistency.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Advanced English.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 50% of working time spent in our Poznań office.

Zakres obowiązków:
Design engaging landing pages, editorial content, category hubs and thematic sections across web and app
Create visually compelling digital experiences that support customer inspiration, product discovery and commercial campaigns.
Adapt marketing campaigns and creative assets into digital-first experiences optimised for web and app.
Design visual content assets, including infographics, icons, promotional graphics and other digital elements that enhance storytelling and customer engagement.
Develop intuitive page layouts and content structures that improve readability, navigation and content discoverability.
Collaborate closely with Content Specialists, Marketing Communication, Buying and CMS teams to translate business objectives into engaging digital experiences.
Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment and high-quality presentation across all digital touchpoints.
Create reusable design templates and content presentation standards to improve efficiency and consistency across future campaigns and content initiatives.
Continuously optimise existing landing pages and content experiences based on customer engagement insights, business priorities and digital best practices.
Monitor digital design trends and recommend improvements that enhance customer experience while maximising the capabilities of existing digital platforms.
