O projekcie: UX/UI Designer (Part-Time / Remote) Company: CCOM (Maritime Safety Solutions) Capacity: ~80 hours/month (50% workload) Rate: 250 – 400 NOK / hour Location: Fully Remote (Poland / Norway time zones) The Mission We need a versatile designer to take ownership of CCOM X, our maritime safety and maintenance platform. You’ll split your time  between UX logic and UI execution across desktop, tablet, and mobile views. Wymagania: Requirements: - Figma Proficiency: You know auto-layouts and components inside out.  - Fluent English: Vital for our Polish and Norwegian team collaboration.  - Self-Equipped: You provide your own hardware (laptop/setup). Codzienne zadania: - Clean up & Create: Fix design debt and build new features from scratch in Figma.  - Bridge the Gap: Work with business stakeholders to turn technical requirements into clean flows.  - Pure Design: No coding. You design and help us with UX; Our front-end devs build.
