UX/UI Designer

Salary: Up to 100 PLN/h (B2B) Location: Warsaw Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office) Experience: min. 6 years 🎯 Requirements (What we expect): • Experience in UX design – at least 6 years. • Skills and experience in independently leading UX projects (working with business, analysts, and developers), supported by example implementations (can be in descriptive form). • Skills and experience working with tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. • Experience working with Jira and Confluence. • Experience in conducting UX workshops and the ability to facilitate business needs and requirements. • Experience in internal projects, mainly desktop-focused. • Experience working in a team of several UX designers on a single, large-scale solution (supported by examples). • Ability to negotiate and argue UX decisions in the context of business goals. ⭐ Nice to have: • At least 2 years of experience in designing solutions for banks in the area of digital channels. • Experience in graphic design (UI). • Experience in coordinating work with various UX specializations, such as UX Researchers and UX Writers. • Knowledge of banking solutions on the Polish market (both in individual and corporate banking). • Knowledge of digital accessibility principles (WCAG). • Experience working in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
