Opis stanowiska

Wymagania: - Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (Mid or Senior level). - Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex web applications (SaaS or data-driven systems preferred). - Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping). - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture. - Experience designing solutions for complex, configuration-heavy, or data-rich platforms. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams. - Experience working on AI-powered or automation-based applications is a strong plus. - Must be based in Poland or willing to relocate, as working from Poland is a requirement. Zakres obowiązków: - UX Optimization & Evolution: Enhance and refine the user experience of AI-driven applications, improving clarity, usability, and logical flow across complex systems. - Complex Flow Simplification: Transform technically sophisticated processes (AI workflows, automation logic, configuration panels, multi-step systems) into simple, intuitive user journeys. - UX/UI Design in Figma: Design wireframes, user flows, interaction models, high-fidelity UI screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma. - System Thinking & Scalability: Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable design systems and reusable components that support a growing AI-powered platform. - Collaboration and Version Control: Work collaboratively with frontend and backend engineers to ensure smooth design implementation and consistency across the product. - Continuous Improvement: Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability insights, and evolving product requirements, ensuring a consistently high-quality user experience.
