As a Mid-Level Backend Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in software engineering, dedicated to delivering robust backend solutions. You will contribute to building and maintaining high-quality software systems, collaborating within an Agile team to support the company's mission of technological advancement and client satisfaction. Your main responsibilities:
• Develop and implement backend software solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile development team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Maintain and optimize existing backend systems for performance and scalability.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and provide technical insights to improve processes.
• Support documentation and testing procedures to uphold quality standards.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in backend software development.
• Proven programming skills in relevant backend technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
It is a strong plus if you have:
• Experience with cloud platforms or CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications related to backend development or software engineering.
Language Required for the role:
• Communicative proficiency in English.
