Nasze wymagania: Communication Skills: Fluency in English and German (B2/C1), both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment. Mindset: Strong customer focus and service orientation. IT Experience: You have already first experience in IT, mainly in the area of Microsoft and Apple technologies. Motivation: Working pro-actively in a team is not an issue but you are also not afraid to save the day on your own? Awesome! Zakres obowiązków: Customer Experience: You will take on and register all incoming IT inquiries through phone, e-mail, chat and self-service portal in our ITSM tool (Service Now). Error Handling: You will be responsible for the initial troubleshooting using remote control tools and existing knowledge articles. Technical Support: You will forward more complex enquiries to the 2nd level of support.
