Zakres obowiązków: 24h phone support (shared duty with other people from the team), i.e., responding to all incoming customer calls, ticket registration, categorization, and conducting or joining bridges with the customer Collaboration with the Product Development Manager to monitor and manage Product Backlog SLA management and escalation with the company Testing / retesting critical fixes if the checks are within capability Problem management Oferujemy: Extra payments for support incident duties.
