Nasze wymagania: Ability to work with the Linux CLI Willingness to obtain ABW security clearance (Level 2) Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support Willingness to work in a two-shift system: 8:00–16:00 and 12:00–21:00 (the late shift approximately one week per month) Mile widziane: Experience in writing automation scripts (Bash, Python, Ansible) Experience in administering applications hosted on WebLogic Experience working with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience working with Jenkins and Bitbucket O projekcie: We are looking for a 2nd Line Application Engineer with solid expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux to join our growing team. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications by providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting. Zakres obowiązków: Deliver 2nd line support for business-critical applications running on Red Hat Linux environments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity. Support application deployments, configurations, and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with 1st line support, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure a stable and secure environment. Identify root causes of issues and propose long-term solutions and improvements. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of incidents, procedures, and configurations.
