Position Title: 4S Engineer – Europe Location: Europe Vacancies: 1 Key Responsibilities Technical After-Sales Support • Provide technical support for digital dental products (e.g., intraoral scanners, imaging software, CAD/CAM systems) to clients across Europe, ensuring smooth product usage. • Deliver technical consultation, troubleshooting, and software upgrade assistance via phone, email, or remote support tools. • Track and coordinate resolution of technical issues to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and a seamless experience. On-Site Support & Installation • Provide on-site installation, hardware setup, system configuration, software commissioning, and network integration according to customer needs and project schedules, ensuring successful product delivery and operation. • Conduct regular on-site inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functions properly and resolve any technical issues encountered by customers. • Handle both hardware failures (mechanical/electronic components) and software/connectivity issues, ensuring comprehensive troubleshooting capability. Training & Knowledge Sharing • Conduct product operation training and provide technical guidance to customers, enhancing their product usage efficiency and trust in the company. • Create, update, and share technical documentation, user manuals, and FAQs to ensure up-to-date knowledge for both customers and internal teams. Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement • Collect customer feedback, analyze usage issues and failure patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to support product improvement. • Regularly report customer technical needs and industry trends to headquarters, supporting product updates, iterations, and technical innovation. Cross-Department Collaboration • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure timely response to customer after-sales requirements and resolve cross-departmental issues. • Work with Product Managers and R&D teams to stay updated on product developments and technical updates, ensuring the support team aligns with product evolution. Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Dentistry, or related fields. Work Experience • Minimum 2 years of after-sales support or field service experience in IT, digital equipment, or medical device industries. • Experience with dental medical devices or digital dental products (e.g., intraoral scanners, digital sensors, CBCT, dental imaging software) is highly preferred. • Must have hands-on experience with both hardware and software: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electromechanical devices and their associated software systems. • Familiarity with network configuration, system integration, and connectivity issues in clinical or dental practice environments. Skills • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network configuration to resolve customer technical issues at both device and system levels. • Experience diagnosing hardware failures (circuit boards, power supplies, mechanical components) and performing part replacements or repairs. • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and resolve technical challenges in time-sensitive environments. • Fluent in English and at least one major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) for business communication. • Proficient in office software and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, CRM systems).
