Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a User Workspace contractor based in Warsaw to support collaboration applications and end-user devices. The role has a strong focus on mobile device support (iOS & Android) managed with Microsoft Intune, while contributing to a stable and high-quality workplace experience for business users. About the role You will support and improve solutions used by employees on a daily basis - ensuring continuity of work, smooth onboarding/offboarding, and reliable device and application performance. You will collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to deliver operational support and continuous improvements. Key responsibilities • Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-user devices and workplace services, with a strong focus on iOS/Android mobile support via Intune • Handle operational activities related to enterprise device management (UEM), including troubleshooting, configuration changes, compliance topics, and service requests • Support and administration of major productivity and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 / Office 365 • Maintain and update procedural and technical documentation • Participate in projects and improvements (Agile delivery where applicable), including research and introduction of tools/scripts that improve user experience and support efficiency • Collect and report operational metrics, identify non-compliance cases and propose service improvements • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., product owners, Scrum Master, other IT teams) to deliver changes and ensure smooth operations Requirements • Proven experience in User Workspace / Desktop Support / Mobile Device Management in an enterprise environment • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and managing/supporting iOS and Android devices • Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, applications, and user access topics • Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Active Directory • Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, BeyondTrust, LogMeIn or similar) • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP) and endpoint security concepts (antivirus, encryption, data protection) • Fluent English (spoken and written) Nice to have • Experience with SCCM • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Windows, Endpoint Management, Apple, Android)
