Application Engineer

Wymagania: - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - At least intermediate proficiency in MS SQL or other relational database. - Good communication skills in English (B2), with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and provide step-by-step technical help Mile widziane: - experience in application configuration, support or implementation within enterprise IT environments. - hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs and data formats such as XML/JSON. Zakres obowiązków: - Configure and maintain e-procurement platform to meet client-specific requirements and business processes. - Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into system configuration. - Troubleshoot application issues and deliver fixes. - Support integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP) and ensure data consistency. - Assist with deployments, environment management and technical documentation.
