Application Production Support – Transfer Agency Responsibilities • Provide L1/L2 production support for Transfer Agency applications • Monitor daily production and ensure stable processing • Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents • Support Transfer Agency processes (onboarding, account maintenance, trade processing) • Manage performance issues, changes, and special production events • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers; ensure clear communication and escalation Requirements • Experience in Application Production Support, preferably in financial services • Knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and systems • Strong SQL skills; experience with Oracle DB and Linux/Unix • Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) • Analytical, autonomous, and client-focused mindset • Fluent English • experience with Multifonds TA, Dynatrace, or scheduling tools is a plus
