Nasze wymagania:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
2-3 years of experience in a similar position - preferred experience with ERP- like software,
proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and any prior programming experience would be beneficial,
experience with Microsoft SQL queries and scripting is essential,
excellent communication skills to effectively discuss business problems and issues,
strong problem-solving abilities,
a passion for technology.
Mile widziane:
experience with SSRS or Crystal Reports,
familiarity with BI platforms such as Qlikview or Power BI,
scripting experience in VB6, VBA, or C#.net,
experience with Visual Basic development would also be a plus.
Zakres obowiązków:
handling support requests for internal business users, problem-solving, and troubleshooting,
database querying, and configuration,
contribute to the development of business reporting,
work on improvements to systems, specifically focusing on LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and internal tools,
collaborating with business to understand their requirements and cover those proactively,
working close with developers on bug fixes and feature development.
