Empower logistics excellence — drive seamless application support in transportation! Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 remote days per week). As a Logistics and Transportation Application Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the logistics industry. You will contribute to maintaining and enhancing critical applications like WMS and TMS, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of the transportation management systems. Your main responsibilities: • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 user incidents and service requests to ensure optimal application availability. • Perform functional and technical analysis to troubleshoot application issues effectively. • Qualify and prioritize tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, escalating issues when necessary. • Follow incidents through to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. • Conduct testing activities during production releases to ensure seamless updates. • Write, update, and maintain procedures and knowledge base documentation. • Participate in major incident management and crisis resolution meetings to support continuous service delivery. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in application support, preferably within a logistics or transportation environment. • Strong functional analysis skills related to logistics or warehouse management systems. • Proficiency in SQL, Windows environment, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage incidents effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English. It is a strong plus if you have: • Experience with WMS, TMS or related logistics applications. • Knowledge of logistics and transportation business processes. • Certification in ITIL or other IT support frameworks. Language Required for the role: • Fluent English – excellent communication skills are essential.
