Wymagania: - Academic degree or equivalent in an IT-related field - Experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills- Strong knowledge of hosting infrastructure (hypervisors, clusters, platforms) - Experience with server and database environments (Windows, Linux, MS SQL, etc.) - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, and DevOps is an advantage - Understanding of backup, monitoring, and FinOps practices - ITIL certification (minimum Foundation level) - Experience with ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow Codzienne zadania: - Manage vendors, ITSM processes, SLAs, and analyze service performance - Coordinate “run the service” activities in line with security standards - Oversee vendor lifecycle management and security compliance - Coordinate Compute maintenance activities following ITIL practices, including security improvements and modernization initiatives (e.g. in-place upgrades) - Evaluate and recommend solutions for Compute demand and optimization - Verify invoices and ensure budget compliance - Drive continuous improvement within Compute services - Maintain and update service documentation and CMDB - Collaborate with vendors for efficient platform utilization - Identify and mitigate support grey areas - Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Compute-related inquiries - Address risks and collaborate with key stakeholders
