Zakres obowiązków: Provide friendly and professional support via email, chat, and ticketing systems. Assist customers with subscription changes, order modifications, and account inquiries. Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring positive resolutions aligned with company policies. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
