Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: 1–3 years of experience in desktop technical support Windows 10/11 administration Microsoft Office 365 Basic knowledge of Active Directory Hardware and software troubleshooting Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi) Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication skills (English required) Customer-focused mindset Ability to work in SLA-driven environments Team player with a proactive approach Zakres obowiązków: Providing on-site IT support for end users across the facility Managing and resolving tickets and service requests in line with SLA agreements Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues Supporting software installation and deployment Performing IMAC tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change) Managing IT assets and hardware refresh activities Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding (device setup and collection) Ensuring new employees are ready to work from day one Configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices Replacing faulty components and performing post-repair testing Performing data backups, restoration, and migration Coordinating with vendors and third-party providers
