O projekcie: We’re looking for a Digital Operations Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. You’ll be right in the thick of it — triaging live incidents, building monitoring tools, writing automation scripts, and helping shape how we support our clients operationally. This isn’t a role where you’re boxed into one thing. One week you might be deep in SQL tracking down a data issue, the next you’re scripting an automation in PowerShell, configuring an API integration, or working alongside our engineers on a C# codebase. You’ll pick up a genuinely broad range of technologies and come away knowing far more than you arrived with. No two days are the same. You’ll have real ownership over your work from day one. That said, these skills will help you hit the ground running: Must-haves - Strong SQL knowledge and experience with complex queries - Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (fluent/upper-intermediate) - Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive tasks - Quick learner with a results-driven approach Nice-to-haves (bonus points, not blockers) - Scripting experience — PowerShell or similar - Familiarity with ITIL practices - REST API development and management - Azure DevOps / Azure Portal - C#, .NET, or Angular Codzienne zadania: - Incident & Technical Support: triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across communication channels, communicate fixes clearly to internal teams and contribute to ongoing problem management, proactively improve L2/L3 support processes - Monitoring & Tooling: build, maintain, and evolve a bespoke monitoring solution (or set of tools), visualise application and infrastructure data; report on operational KPIs, link improvements back to real outcomes - Data & Product Improvement: analyse data to surface product improvement opportunities and better UX, configure and integrate digital tools across the business, contribute to runbooks and shared team knowledge - Projects & Growth: take on small cross-functional projects with real impact, dive into C# and .NET codebases if you want to get closer to the engineering side — the opportunity is there, grow across a wide stack: SQL, APIs, scripting, cloud tooling, and more — you won’t be pigeonholed
