Nasze wymagania: 2-3 years experience minimum working within a large scale enterprise Ability to manage print solutions such as Papercut/Ricoh Streamline/Lexmark Confident performing desktop and laptop hardware repairs, A+ qualification would be an advantage Knowledge of working with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune platforms for device management Ability to manage and deploy corporate mobile phones using MDM tool of choice, Microsoft intune. MD-102 Microsoft Endpoint Administrator and MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator would be a bonus Zakres obowiązków: Be accountable for device image deployment and maintenance Manage support Incident and Service request escalations from IAG Transform teams, liaising with third parties and the business to resolve issues where required Resolve tickets for Change and problem management Ensure up-to-date documentation of DWP services, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration EUC support for IAG Transform users in Krakow Poland Installation of OS along with necessary software’s for the end user’s devices based on the tickets Familiarity of service now as our ITSM tool of choice Managing the physical asset inventory and stocks in Krakow office Coordinating with different teams within Digital Workplace based on the issue. Identify as a service improvement and implement with approval from Management Printer Management Support Meeting room Smart hub support Supporting the wider team who work in various office locations throughout Europe Very occasional travel to alternate sites will be required such as Barcelona, Madrid and London Ability to work as a team player within the Digital workplace and third party suppliers Report to and work closely with the Digital Employee Experience Lead Oferujemy: The chance to enjoy a challenging career in an exciting, fast-moving environment in a dynamic industry.
