Opis stanowiska
Your responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day operations of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) standalone website (Shopify) and Amazon store, ensuring smooth and efficient operational workflows across our digital storefronts.
• Customer Experience Management: Handle daily customer service inquiries via email and proactively respond to platform reviews to maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Daily Store Audits: Conduct regular walk-through checks of our Shopify website and Amazon store to quickly identify, report, and resolve any online faults or technical issues.
• Order Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor the end-to-end fulfillment process, addressing shipping exceptions and logistics delays, and seamlessly managing returns and refunds.
• E-commerce Merchandising: Support the execution of promotional activities by updating product listings, configuring pricing, and refreshing page content.
• Product Data Maintenance: Ensure the complete accuracy of product information across both platforms, including SKUs, descriptions, and imagery.
• Administrative & Financial Support: Assist with essential backend tasks, including PSI system data entry, invoice uploading, and financial reconciliation.
Our requirements
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an e-commerce operations or customer service role.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with Shopify backend is an absolute requirement.
• Language Proficiency: English at a minimum B2 level, enabling you to communicate effectively via phone and email, and to independently manage English-language product materials.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in standard office software (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams for efficient internal and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Personal Attributes: A proactive, patient, and highly detailed mindset. We are looking for someone with strong execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates self-drive, and possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow.
