Experienced Mill Applications Specialist

Nasze wymagania: IT education; knowledge of ASP.NET or VB, Linux (e.g., RHEL), Windows. Experience in 1st-level support. Minimum 2 years of IT experience. Communication skills in Polish and English (spoken & written). Mile widziane: SAP, ITIL Foundation, MySQL, MS SQL. O projekcie: We are looking for the Experienced Mill Applications Specialist to strengthen our Digital&Business Technology Services team in Poland to support and maintain IT applications for Packaging Solutions Poland and Baltic units. Zakres obowiązków: Ensure IT applications run according to expected service levels. Provide incident management support and participate in solution development. Analyse system and process issues, escalate when required, and monitor system performance. Solve tickets registered in the Stargate Service Portal. Analyse business processes for optimization and translate them into system functionality. Implement system changes, configurations, and enhancements. Create documentation for system modifications. Conduct database backups and apply patches/revisions to systems (e.g., Kiwiplan). Analyse user needs and provide IT support for end users and business processes. Organize and conduct user trainings. Share knowledge with other IT Application Specialists. Support IT-related projects and participate in UAT activities. Provide 24/7 support for designated services when scheduled, including weekends ON-DUTY support each 3rd week. Comply with safety rules, national/EU regulations, and company Code of Conduct. Ensure effective communication across organizational units. Submit proposals for tools, software, and training needs.
