Nasze wymagania: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or coursework in IT or AV technology preferred. Minimum one year of experience in IT support, preferably in an office environment. Level 1+ troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network domains. Basic knowledge of audio and video equipment, including setup and maintenance. Familiarity with MS Teams, ServiceNow, MS Office, and AV equipment from Crestron and Logitech. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite; no remote work. Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Mile widziane: Experience with video conferencing platforms and common office tools/operating systems. Basic understanding of networking and cabling. Exposure to asset management software and IT service management tools. Familiarity with life sciences, healthcare, or pharma environments, including HIPAA standards, is advantageous. O projekcie: The Field Support Technician (Audio Video Specialist) plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT and AV operations within office environments. This position is central to supporting end-users, maintaining asset inventory, and guaranteeing optimal functioning of audio and video equipment. By delivering responsive technical support and facilitating live event setups, the technician directly contributes to HCLTech’s reputation for outstanding client service and operational reliability. Zakres obowiązków: Provide on-site technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Manage and maintain accurate asset inventory records, including tracking, updating, and safeguarding IT equipment. Build, image, and refresh laptops and desktops, ensuring all devices are up-to-date and fully operational. Troubleshoot and address common IT issues such as printer malfunctions, software errors, and connectivity problems. Set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment (including AV systems from Crestron and Logitech) for meetings, presentations, and live events. Support live events through AV system operation, troubleshooting, and real-time resolution of technical challenges. Collaborate with senior IT staff and technicians to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to user inquiries and concerns. Maintain comprehensive records of support requests, issue resolutions, and equipment maintenance activities.
