German IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) To strengthen our international IT service team in Wroclaw, we are looking for dedicated German IT Support Specialists (m/f/d) with excellent German language skills and a strong service mindset. As a German IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking users and customers. You will handle IT incidents and service requests, provide professional user support, and ensure fast, reliable, and customer-oriented solutions. Your Responsibilities As a IT- Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related requests from our customers and users. You will receive incidents and service requests, analyze them in a structured manner, and ensure fast, service-oriented resolution. Your responsibilities will include: • Receiving, classifying, and processing IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system • Providing first-level resolution for user issues related to Windows clients, Microsoft 365, Office applications, printers, network access, and standard software • Supporting password resets, user accounts, permissions, and basic Active Directory topics • Documenting all activities in the ticketing system in line with ITIL-oriented processes • Forwarding more complex incidents to 2nd Level Support or the responsible specialist teams • Communicating with users in German • Ensuring compliance with defined Service Level Agreements and quality standards • Supporting rollouts, client support, and basic remote support activities Your Profile • You have a strong service mindset, work in a structured way, and enjoy helping users reliably with IT-related questions. We are looking for: • Initial experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk environments • Very good German language skills at C1 level are mandatory • Good English language skills are an advantage • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 • Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, or ITSM processes is an advantage • Experience with Active Directory, user administration, and password management • Basic understanding of networks, Servers, VPN, printers, and client hardware • Friendly and professional communication style by phone and in writing • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems and customer environments Your Skills Technical Skills: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory, password reset, user management, remote support, printer support, network basics, VPN, client hardware, ticketing systems, ITIL understanding.Soft Skills: Service orientation, strong communication skills, reliability, teamwork, resilience, willingness to learn, structured working style, and professional customer interaction.
