Nasze wymagania:
min. 2 – 3 years practical experience with LMS configuration (Totara/Moodle/Workday preferred)
experience in training operations would be beneficial
attention to detail and very good organizational skills
analytical skills and data affinity
global mindset for cooperation and customer orientation
Fluent in English, further language skills advantageous
Zakres obowiązków:
Configuration and maintenance of LMS functionality
Administration, deployment and maintenance of course setup
Support the deployment of global learning management processes
Developing concepts on data structure and reporting tools
Driving change and innovation in LMS to improve learner experience
