Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania: Critical thinking person, finding practical and effective solutions rather than dwelling on problems Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration and IT support in an international environment (English B2 required) Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and experience with network devices (Fortinet, Dell, Cisco, Mikrotik, Unifi, or similar) Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Libre NMS, SolarWinds, or similar) Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, including proficiency in remote access tools (e.g., BeyondTrust or similar) Experience working with ticketing and workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow, or similar) Optional Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) Experience with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, or similar) Experience in TV managing huge media files delivery Experience in broadcast streaming and multicast traffic management Zakres obowiązków: Administer and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls) Execute IT infrastructure projects and implement new solutions in network, servers and storage domains Cooperating with external IT service providers/ISPs, including escalation of issues requiring vendor support, as well cooperation on infrastructure projects with global teams Handle user requests and provide 2nd line of support User account and permission management (e.g. Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory) Ensuring IT environment security (password policies, security updates, basic firewall rules, antivirus) Create and maintain documentation and procedures Oferujemy: An exciting role within an IT team Real opportunities for professional growth and autonomy in your IT career.
