Nasze wymagania: Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) – required. Fluency in German or Italian or Spanish or French (spoken and written) – required. English or any additional language is a plus. Previous experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service. Basic knowledge of IT systems, including browsers, email clients, and web-based tools. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus. O projekcie: As a Helpdesk technican, in Technical Support team, your role will be delivering high-quality customer service and efficiently resolving basic technical issues. Required languages: German/Italian/Spanish/French Zakres obowiązków: Provide Level 1 IT support in Polish and Spanish via phone and email. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Handle user inquiries related to web tools and platforms. Deliver professional, empathetic, and effective customer service.
