O projekcie: At Open Loyalty, we help companies engage and retain their customers with our robust toolkit of loyalty and gamification mechanics. Companies use Open Loyalty to launch innovative loyalty programs at scale and introduce features such as points, tiers, rewards, referrals, coupons, challenges, and more, faster than developing them from scratch. The solution is used by 50+ companies from retail, insurance, and CPG sectors, coming from 27+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, JTI, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation. We are 50 loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry. Wymagania: You will be a perfect match if you have: - Worked with a B2B SaaS product before in a client-facing role; - Deep understanding of how REST API and webhooks work; - Deep understanding of various  integration patterns  (e.g. event-driven architecture, composable architecture, serverless functions) - Knowledge of UML; - Experience in Whiteboarding; - Passion for working with clients from all over the world and educating them about how they can make the most of Open Loyalty platform; - Analytical mindset that allows you to connect the dots of sometimes scattered client needs; - Ability to represent information clearly and cohesively using diagrams; - Fluent English (at least C1). Codzienne zadania: - Participate in the sales process and running workshops and help our clients understand how they can integrate Open Loyalty with their stack using REST API and Webhooks - Show our potential clients the value of our technology through live demos and technical Q&A’s; - Conduct Business and System analysis for the integration purposes; - Connect with CTOs, Technology Directors, Solution Architects, Developers, and Product Managers across a range of industries; - Be the link between the sales process and the onboarding phase - you will be a trusted counsel to our clients from the moment they are evaluating our product all the way to the integration phase and Go-Live; - Maintain a broad and deep technical understanding of our platform and the underlying technologies and protocols; - Collaborate with other internal stakeholders on creating documentation and other materials such as diagrams, tutorials and guides about API integration; - Collaborate closely across a range of teams: Sales, Product Customer Success, Customer Support and Marketing.
