- Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications installed in our customers’ plants, including workaround, resolution, analysis and escalation for more complex tickets. - Provide 1st line support, supporting advanced logistics processes through utilization of ticketing tools like JIRA and Team Foundation Server. - Managing the end to end communication with the client.
