Opis stanowiska

O projekcie: We are looking for an IT HelpDesk person to join our team and ensure the continuity of our employees' operational work by resolving IT incidents and hardware failures. Together with the team, you will process requests for application permissions and standard orders for IT services, classify and process requests to other IT teams, work with service technicians who carry out IT orders requiring on-site support at the user's location. Wymagania: minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international corporation and/or a large organization with over 100 employees knowledge of Active Directory higher education in computer science or a related field knowledge of MS Windows systems in terms of installation, configuration, and use knowledge of MS Office applications in terms of installation, configuration, and use basic knowledge of computer networks knowledge of VPN-related issues communicative English communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal customers willingness to work shifts experience in remote work with end users Codzienne zadania: - managing basic user access to computer resources - reporting failures/malfunctions of IT and telecommunications equipment/systems to external services - expanding and configuring IT and telecommunications equipment - installing and configuring operating systems and application software - providing users with IT and telecommunications support and service as a first point of contact - recording/classifying all incoming requests and assigning them the appropriate priority - participating in the process of diagnosing, recording, and issuing equipment - handling requests in the shortest possible time - searching for the best and fastest solutions to problematic situations
