Zakres obowiązków: - Your main responsibility is to support clients through various channels (phone support is not provided), resolve their questions and issues, and guide them in using the system. You also participate in system testing to identify potential bugs and areas for improvement, and provide input to the development team. - In addition, you support the onboarding of new clients, conduct user trainings, and create and update training materials.
