About the role We are looking for an IT Onboarding Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience to support technology onboarding for new hires across Europe. This role is fully focused on end-user onboarding and device readiness — no infrastructure support involved. You will work as part of a small, dedicated core team (2 people) within a larger global IT organization, with regular on-site presence in the Warsaw office (approx. 40 employees). Key Responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end IT onboarding for new hires across multiple European locations • Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops using Microsoft Autopilot • Ensure devices are ready for day-one use, including applications, access, and compliance • Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and internal stakeholders • Provide user support related to onboarding, devices, and access issues • Maintain accurate onboarding and equipment records in IT systems • Support offboarding and role changes from an IT perspective Requirements • 2+ years of experience in IT support or IT onboarding • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Autopilot (mandatory) • Strong knowledge of end-user environments (Windows, Microsoft 365) • Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site in Warsaw) • Comfortable working in a small core team • Strong organizational and communication skills • Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
