Wymagania: - Min. 4+ years of experience in IT / Desktop / Technical Support - Excellent communication skills - Advanced knowledge of English - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Experience with scripting/automation (e.g. PowerShell) - Solid communication and user-facing skills Nice to have - Experience in financial services - Familiarity with market data or trading platforms - Experience with tools like Jira or device management solutions Codzienne zadania: - Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and workplace technologies - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues end-to-end - Support Windows and macOS environments - Deliver high-quality user experience and guidance - Contribute to incident management and continuous improvements
