IT Service Operations Intern

Nasze wymagania: Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server; Linux/macOS is a plus) Interest or knowledge in network infrastructure and IT processes Eagerness to learn how IT systems are managed in a global company Native-level fluency in Polish and proficiency in English Hands-on attitude and willingness to support both digital and physical IT tasks O projekcie: Join our global Team as an IT Services Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting a large-scale IT infrastructure at Dassault Systèmes in Cracow. In this role, you will focus on supporting our local users with their daily IT needs and learn how a modern corporate IT environment works in practice. At our Cracow site, we provide IT services to around 200 employees and maintain a virtualization infrastructure with over 600 virtual servers, giving you exposure to a broad range of real-life scenarios. This is a great opportunity for students at the beginning of their academic journey who want to gain their first professional experience in a friendly, international environment. Availability of at least 20 hours per week and 100% on-site presence at our Cracow office (ul. Kapelanka 42) are required.
