About the Role We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Service Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines traditional IT support responsibilities with hotel connectivity coordination, ensuring smooth technical operations both internally and with our hotel partners. The position is suitable for a recent graduate or early-career candidate with strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. Wymagania: - Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.- Strong analytical skills.- Proactive, fast learner with problem-solving mindset.- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Good understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS), networking fundamentals, software installation and troubleshooting.- Interest in system integrations, APIs, or travel tech is a plus. Codzienne zadania: - Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and manage support requests in a ticketing system. - Manage user accounts, access rights, and hardware provisioning (laptops, workstations, peripherals). - Install, configure, and maintain software and systems. - Perform basic hardware maintenance and coordinate with vendors when needed. - Maintain IT inventory and ensure availability of equipment. - Support remote teams and assist with general IT-related requests. - Document issues, resolutions, and internal processes. - Assist in setting up and maintaining connections between OTAs and channel managers, troubleshoot connectivity issues between hotels, channel managers, and booking systems. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve integration issues. - Monitor connectivity status and proactively identify and resolve issues.
