Nasze wymagania:
Familiar with Windows operating system
Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications
Good communication skills
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and DFS solutions
Good spoken and written English and Polish
High cooperation skills and team-oriented behavior
Zakres obowiązków:
Providing professional support for end users by following existing procedures
Perform hardware and software installations
Troubleshooting and replacement of IT accessories
IT assets management
Proactively seeking knowledge and sharing with other team members
Cooperate with Corporate IT Team and external vendors
