Salary: 5,300 - 8,000 PLN gross UoP 6,400 - 9,600 PLN NET B2B (+16 paid days off) 📍 Location: Poznań or nearby (Office-based) About the Role We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist to join our growing team in Poznań! This is a great opportunity for someone at the junior or mid-level, eager to develop in a dynamic environment. Over time, your responsibilities will gradually expand to include software support, procurement, budgeting, and contract management, allowing you to develop a broad skill set in IT operations. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot technical issues across macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Support the resale of equipment to internal stakeholders and resellers. • First-line support, which includes managing 1Password, channel administration, and handling routine day-to-day IT tasks. 📈 Future Growth Areas (Additional Responsibilities Over Time) • Software Support: Assist employees with tools like GitHub, Jira, Atlassian, and Google Workspace (G Suite). • Procurement: Manage purchase orders and the software procurement cycle. • Budget Management: Monitor IT expenses and optimize costs. • Contract Management: Handle vendor contracts and service agreements. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance and senior management on IT-related decisions. • Documentation: Develop and update internal guides and manuals. Requirements What We’re Looking For: ✅ Education & Experience: • Technical education (IT, Electronic Business, or related field) – technical high school diploma is sufficient. • Previous experience in IT support (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Technician, or Technical Support role). ✅ Must-Haves: • Based in Poznań or nearby – this is an office-based role. • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • English at a minimum B2 level. • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges over time. • Flexible and proactive approach to tasks. ✅ Nice to have (Not Required, but a Plus!) • Experience with software support (Jira, G Suite, Atlassian, etc.). • Knowledge of IT procurement and budgeting. • Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive contract renewals What We Offer 📚 Learning and development opportunities. 🤝 Supportive and collaborative work environment. 🏢 Office-based role with a close-knit team.
