Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
A relevant degree in IT or a related discipline.
Experience in IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and Active Directory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluency in Polish and English, both verbal and written, is a must.
Basic knowledge of Linux
Mile widziane:
SQL
programming in C# or Python,
knowledge of monitoring systems: PRTG, Zabbix,
knowledge of the Microsoft environment: Admin Cloud and Entra.
Zakres obowiązków:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Promptly responding to IT support requests from employees and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft products (e.g., Office suite), and other software applications.
Managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
Documenting processes, as well as logging inquiries and solutions in our IT support system.
Collaborating with external vendors and support teams to resolve technical issues.
Contributing to the development and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
